WOODTURNER JASON BENKENDORF
Hi. My name is Jason Benkendorf. My wife Sophie and I are the owners of Redeemed Woodturning.
We work with several local tree companies in order to give new life to the otherwise forgotten trees. We also search the local cities and counties for down and discarded trees.
We then take those trees and through a process of using a chainsaw, band saw, and wood lathe. We make one-of-a-kind functional bowls and pieces of art for families to enjoy for years.
We see ourselves as storytellers. We want to share the story of the tree and its history. We believe that there is beauty in all things especially wood. God created the wood, we would like to redeem the wood just as God has redeemed all of us through the blood of Jesus Christ.

All orders are available for pickup at the Arts Center. If you would like us to ship any of your purchases, please contact us to make arrangements. We are happy to find you the most inexpensive options which will include insurance. Ask for Janice.
