Landscape and Seascape/Oil Painting     

I am a self-taught artist with years of trial and error in expressing my creative ideas in various mediums.  I started with pencil sketches in 7th-grade art class, then progressed to blending pastels, and then to painting with watercolors.

My interest in the wet-on-wet style of oil painting was inspired by observing techniques taught by Bill Alexander and Bob Ross.  After studying their styles and techniques, and expressing a desire to try my hand at oil painting,  I have recently put the brush on the canvas and created original works of art.  It is my pleasure to present my work for you to enjoy.
