ABSTRACT COLLAGE CREATIONS taught by Ronda Rotz is April 1, 10 - 4:00. Learn to create and play with paint and various types of papers to learn about making hand painted elements to collage into your paintings, scrapbooks, journals, cards and even to create paintings!
The possibilities are endless with Collage.
You won't want to miss First Friday, April 7, 5 - 7:00 p.m. Art from all four schools in Westmoreland County will be featured.
These paintings were done by three students from Washington District Elementary School. All I can say is WOW and you don't want to miss this show. The Show will be at The Arts Center for the Month of April.
CLASSICAL DRAWING
As drawing is the foundation for all visual art many of you have asked for this class. Y
ou will learn how to use charcoal to create form using value, shapes, shadows, edges and line.
There are two spaces left, so if you are comtemplating taking this class, please register ASAP as you don't want to miss this opportunity. I can promise that Nana is a knowledgeable and fun teacher and this is a "taste" of what is to come in future drawing classes.

PLEASE NOTE THE CATEGORY FOR YOUNG ADULTS 12 - 18 YEARS OF AGE. WE ARE QUITE EXCITED TO ADD THIS CATEGORY AND HOPE THAT MANY YOUNG ADULTS WILL WANT TO SUBMIT THEIR ART WORK.
